Academic consultation is focused on you and your problem or question. It is tailored to your needs and the issue that you need to solve.
Who is the consultation for?
I consult researchers at different levels who need a bit of support and guidance or who have a question or problem to solve.
How can I help you?
I consult on a variety of academic and research-related topics, such as academic writing, publishing your manuscripts in international journals in English, writing dissertations and research papers, well-being in academic life, academic productivity, academic career advice, applying for PhDs and postdocs, writing grant applications, and research design and methods.
What is the process of the consultation?

Information
First, I gather all the necessary information from you (see the form below).

Preparation
Second, I will review your answers and contact you with options or clarifications. Then we agree on the payment options, and you book your consultation.
03.
Consultation
Third, we meet one-on-one on Zoom for an hour to discuss your problem or question. You get concrete, practical solutions and suggestions.
04.
Finalisation
Fourth, after the consultation, I will provide you with a recording of our meeting, which will stay with you to watch over whenever you need.
Efficiency
I will get back to you within a day after your initial request, and usually the consultation will be scheduled within 2-3 weeks. You can also pay extra for an emergency.
Personalisation
We discuss your individual situation and consider the context you are in. All the solutions and recommendations are tailored to you fully.
Result
You get a solution to a bothering problem, and go out of the consultation with a coherent plan. You will also get the recording, so don’t stress about taking notes, just enjoy the process.
Pricing of the Consultation
Note:
- Pricing is in Euros.
- The consultation only takes place if the full payment is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Normally, the consultations take place within 2-3 weeks of the initial request. However, if you have an urgent matter, you can request en emergency consultation within the next 7 days. This would cost another 50% of the consultation price.
